YOUTH HAIR SHOW FUNDRAISER
April 9th from 6-8pm
It is with great pleasure we get to introduce The Akai Hair Design Youth Hair Show.  This hair show is put on by Akai Hair Design and all proceeds go towards Quadra Village Community Centre’s (QVCC) Youth Programs.

Bored? Need a place to hang out with friends? Meet up @ Quadra Village Community Youth Drop-In Centre Thursdays - 6-9pm, Fridays and Saturdays - 5-8pm  or call for details and weekly schedule of events. We provide a fun, safe and welcoming environment by offering a variety of activities, including a large-projection TV, palystaion 3, outdoor basketball, computer access, pool table, ping pong, floor hockey, air hockey and lounge, to meet the needs of youth in our community.

Dec 11th from 5-8pm is a First Nations Drumming Night being put on by the Neighbourhood Small Grants program.  The night will be hosted out of the youth centre and youth are encouraged to bring their families!

Girls Group is for youth between the ages of 9-18.  We offer two different age groups 9-12 & 13-18.  These groups focus on recreation and mental health.

Girls Group topics included are but not limited to personal wellness, values and triggers, sexual health, volunteering in your community and nutrition and health.  Recreational activities included are but not limited to are horseback riding, rowing, hiking & swimming!
