About Adrian

Adrian Uddhava (RYT-200) has been teaching yoga for 6+ years to a diverse range of clients, developing in the process his unique twist on classical Hatha yoga. His interest in yoga and meditation has led him to study at a number of mindfulness-based communities around the world. Now based in Victoria, he continues to cultivate an passion for healing through movement and awareness.

Whether leading relaxed meditative asanas or a powerful flow series, key to his teaching philosophy is that yoga should be approachable, simple, and community-oriented. Adrian strives to bring these values into each class, balanced with the technical proficiency of an experienced teacher.

Besides yoga, Adrian enjoys slacklining, adventuring, music, and reading. He is currently studying to become a Registered Massage Therapist.
